Privacy policy
Initial enquiries:
When you make contact, any personal data you have given will be held (for example your email address or phone number if you call me). This information is held in a secure manner, on password-protected electronic devices, solely for the purpose of offering you counselling. If you do not go on to work in therapy, this data will be deleted within a year. The data is held during this period in case you decide to enquire about therapy again. To further protect your privacy, please be advised to keep any electronic communications to straightforward material. More sensitive information can be communicated over the phone or in person.
If therapy is pursued:
In your first session I will go over the therapeutic contract with you, which has full details around record keeping, confidentiality and data protection.
